Fair Usage & Scope

  • Monthly engineering capacity is fixed per billing cycle.
  • Unused capacity does not roll over to the following month.
  • Requests exceeding capacity may be scheduled or separately estimated.
  • Major new systems or large-scale redesign require separate quotation.
  • AWS infrastructure charges remain under client ownership and billing.

Commercial Exclusions

Managed service fees cover engineering, application support, and cloud operations coordination. They do not include AWS infrastructure charges, third-party SaaS licenses, domain fees, SSL fees, or payment gateway fees unless explicitly agreed.
